Essie Resort Collection 2012 March 5, 2012

As I was scanning the pages of my favorite magazine (People StyleWatch) the other day, I came across an Essie advertisement. The advertisement was for their spring 2012 Resort Collection. I haven’t heard about this one yet so I did some research and it seems this is coming out sometime this month or may already be out, I couldn’t find an actual date.

Essie’s 2012 Resort Collection includes four colors inspired by Hollywood glamour.

  • Sure Shot—Bag this season’s new color trend with a pop of hot pink. A glistening, irresistible magenta.
  • Pink-a-Boo—Be made in the shade with soft pink, a stylish spring staple. A flirty micro-glitter sheer pink.
  • She’s Picture Perfect—Step out in a petty pastel to add a flirty accent to any look. An iridescent lovely lilac.
  • No More Film—Ring in the bling with this luxe, yet trendsetting jewel-tone. A seductive deep violet creme.

Check out swatches from Ommorphia Beauty Bar HERE.

For the past couple years I have been mostly loving cremes but lately the shimmers have been winning me over. Pink-a-Boo is the one I am most interested in out of this collection.

Has anyone seen this collection in stores yet? What color do you like most from this collection?

Oh my god, I love all of these. The shimmer in Pink-A-Boo looks awesome 😀 Too bad I don’t suit pink very well. It’s super tempting to pick up No More Film and She’s Picture Perfect though. Especially the latter, I’m such a sucker for pastels!
